Returns & Repairs
We are currently not accepting returns, this includes gift cards. However, in the case that your item breaks within the 3 months of your purchase date, we will repair the item free of charge. This includes standard shipping and handling. Following 3 months, we will repair your item for free as long as required supplies are in stock and the customer pays for shipping. You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a repair return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds will only be given if customer receives the incorrect product, supplies for item are out of stock, or if there was a glitch in our system (ex. customer purchasing a sold out item). Please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have received the wrong item and we will provide a return shipping label, free of charge of course. Lastly, Twenty Something Jewelry tracks every package mailed to customers. If your package is lost or unidentified according to USPS tracking information, then the customer will receive a refund for their purchase. Please see shipping policy for more information.
Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. While we aim to ship products as quickly as possible, please note that our items are uniquely made by hand and may require the full 5 days to process. Twenty Something Jewelry uses USPS to ship all products. As stated on USPS, generally standard shipping takes 2-8 business days depending on your location and time of year; however, this is not guaranteed. We track every order, and if your package is neither lost or unidentified, then a refund will not be provided. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com if you have not received your item(s) within the processing + shipping timeframe. All lost or unidentified packages, as identified through USPS tracking system, will receive a refund.
